I acknowledge that battle reenacting involves personal risk and danger. I acknowledge that I will not hold the 84^th ID "Railsplitters", the Branson Veterans Task Force or the City of Branson responsible for the actions of myself or others, which result in damage or injury. I acknowledge that heavy armor and other vehicles will be on the grounds.  I further acknowledge that the drivers view of such vehicles may be obstructed. I understand that it is my responsibility to watch the movements of such vehicles and protect myself accordingly.
